After completing your first session, we will have:
1. Discussed your training history (what worked, what didn’t and why)
2.
Discussed and arranged your training goals into a 6 week goal setting program which will give us a focus to every training session.
3. Completed a health appraisal that outlines where you are at now and what needs improving.
4. Completed a postural analysis and recommended daily exercises to keep you happy and healthy.
5.
Designed your homework program to compliment your sessions with your trainer.
6. Review of your nutrition underway with our 4 day nutritional analysis.
7. Sweated it out, had a laugh and be feeling a million dollars!
